CausifyMarket is operated on an individual basis by Leonardo Regantini ("we", "us"). By accessing or using causifymarket.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CausifyMarket publishes market reports, analysis, articles, a glossary and related content about financial markets, free of charge and funded by advertising. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption.

Parts of the Service are produced with the help of artificial intelligence, including large language models. AI-generated content is labelled and reviewed for factual consistency, but it may still contain errors, omissions or outdated information. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the Service as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
