Who we are
CausifyMarket (causifymarket.com) is an independent project operated on an individual basis by Leonardo Regantini, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Data we process
You can read everything on CausifyMarket without creating an account or telling us who you are. We process the following categories of data:
- Technical dataWhen you visit the site, the servers that deliver it automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver and secure the website.
- Usage analyticsAggregated information about how pages are used — for example which reports are read most — so we can improve the service. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
- Email address and messagesIf you subscribe to the newsletter or write to us, we process your email address and the content of your messages.
- Advertising dataOur advertising partner, Google AdSense, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, limit and measure ads, and — where you have consented — to personalize them. See our Cookie Policy.
- Preferences stored on your deviceYour night-mode choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It is never sent to us.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for financial account information.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Third parties
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site, under agreements that restrict their use of the data:
- Website hostingThe provider that stores and serves the website processes technical data on our behalf.
- Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited)Serves advertising. Google's use of data is described in its policy on how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google FontsThe typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when fonts are requested.
- Email and newsletter deliveryThe service we use to send emails processes subscriber addresses on our behalf.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on an adequacy decision such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
- Technical logsKept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, and then deleted by the hosting provider according to its retention settings.
- Newsletter subscriptionsKept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- MessagesKept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then deleted.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email help@causifymarket.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — or with the authority in the country where you live.
Security & children
The site is served over an encrypted connection and we limit access to personal data to what is necessary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we process.
CausifyMarket is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
